研究问题
Cisplatin is a highly effective platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent widely used for the treatment of various solid tumors.
方法
Following a 24 h incubation period, the growth medium was replaced with fresh medium containing varying concentrations of cisplatin (0, 10, 100, and 400 μM; P4394, Sigma, St.；All cochlear organotypic cultures were prepared from postnatal day 3 (P3) Sprague–Dawley rat pups purchased from the Shanghai Laboratory Animal Research Center (Shanghai, China).；All experimental procedures were approved by the animal ethics guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Approval Code: XHEC-NSFC-2022-244).；Strict attention was paid to the care and use of animals, according to Chinese Law.
