研究问题

While evi- dence links microbial diversity, which can be exercise- induced, with improved health and fitness [12], little is known about this relationship in the context of aging.

方法

All protocols were designed to minimize animal discomfort.;Five animals were housed per ventilated cage that were maintained at an ambient temperature of 23–25 °C and on a 12-h light–dark cycle.;Mice had free access to food (Teklad 7912, Rodent sterilized diet, Harlan Teklad, Madison WI) and water.

核心结论

A statistically significant difference (P<0.05) between the pre- and post- exercise training period in the sedentary (SED) and exercise-trained (ET) mice is indicated by different corresponding letters.;(1234567890) percent body fat in ET group (P<0.01) and, post- training, ET mice had a lower body fat percentage compared to SED mice (P=0.02). ‖ 结论:These differences likely reflect age-related declines in exercise tolerance and high- light the challenges of comparing exercise inter- ventions across aging models.

局限

The biological signifi- cance of the reduction in Bacteroides observed in the present study remains unclear and warrants further investigation.;The present study provides a foundation for future research, although several considerations should be noted.;GeroScience Vol.: (0123456789) Additionally, UM-HET3 mice exhibit a female sur- vival advantage [60], raising the possibility of sex- specific microbial or exercise response that warrants further investigation.

对本项目的价值

★★★★★ 菌群是可远程部署、成本最低的干预变量,但因果性与个体化响应仍是主要瓶颈。命中核心 微生物组;最大样本量约 17;设计 Meta 分析、系统综述。
