研究问题
Endometrial carcinoma (EC), one of the most common malignancies of the female reproductive tract, predominantly affects postmenopausal women. The incidence of EC has been rising over the past few decades, partly due to increasing rates of obesity, diabetes, and an aging population. A variety of diagnostic techniques exist to assess and diagnose endometrial carcinoma, including histopathology and imaging modalities such as ultrasonography, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). MRI can provide valuable information about the anatomical characteristics of the tumor, such as the depth of myometrial invasion, cervical involvement, and the presence of lymph node or distant metastases, which can help guide treatment decisions.
