核心结论

Taken together, females tend to develop frailty at a relatively younger age, whereas males exhibit a different pattern, with prevalence increasing in later life in association with rapid muscle loss and the accumulation of chronic diseases.

局限

Frailty (prevalence 4.6%; pre-frailty 32.2%) is reversible with early intervention; however, existing public health center programs primarily target vulnerable groups, limiting early identification of at-risk individuals. ② What new information is presented?;However, frailty is not an irreversible aging process but has the potential for reversal, allowing individuals to return to a normal state if appropriate interventions are provided during the pre-frailty and early frailty stages [ 4 ].
