OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the longitudinal association of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy (DR), and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with 10-year cognitive impairment, defined as a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26, as well as to determine the predictive value of self-perceived visual function and retinal structural biomarkers for cognitive impairment.
